Our Story
Our goal is to have customers compare us to Italian restaurants in Italy... not Glasgow.
We decided to bring back good Italian cooking to our city. We believed it was time the people of Glasgow, and its visitors, were reintroduced to fine Italian food – food that had previously been taken for granted in our city.
Good Italian cuisine uses only the freshest ingredients. That’s why we prepare our sauces and breads daily. We use only San Marzano tomatoes for our sauces and pizzas. And talking of our pizzas, we prepare them to DOC standard, using only double ‘0’ grade flour, extra virgin olive oil and mozzarella di bufala – add our passion and skill and this is probably why they win awards.
In short, we’re passionate about what we do. We love what we do and we want others to share our enthusiasm. We want you to come and have a great eating out experience. It really is as simple as that.
